If you make a purchase by phone, the items will be shipped using the parcel service of your choice and the shipping cost will be covered by you. Shipping rates are the most reduced rates of our market; nevertheless, in case there is a better shipping option from your location, we will change it immediately to your petition.

Items can be sent via Estafeta, Estrella Blanca, Flecha Amarilla and Paquete Express.

For items shipped through any parcel service, you will have the option to add merchandise insurance, this covers 100% of the merchandise value in case of theft or loss.

This insurance has a low cost that corresponds to 2% of the merchandise value to be sent. This is about $2.00 for each 100 USD spent.

We recommend you to pay the insurance, otherwise you will be accountable for any unfortunate.

Cklass offers you 45 days for items purchased online and 30 days for items that were placed on sale.

1.- Returns will become effective as long as the merchandise is received the way it was initially sent. New, with tags and in its original package.

2.- Merchandise with stains will not be received (makeup- food- grease, etc.)

3.- For international customers, please send a form with all your personal information and specify the motive of your return.

Returns are not available for lingerie, nylon and regular leggings, accessories, shoe care products and cleaning products.

If the merchandise was placed on sale after the purchase was made, these will be taken based on the price available at the time of the return.

All merchandise acquired on sale can be exchanged for the same models shown in sale.
